The Audran features 39 rooms equipped with high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as coffee/tea making machines. Central heating, an iron and ironing board are featured for guests' comfort. Offering a separate toilet and a shower, the bathrooms are also fitted with hair dryers and free toiletries. Self-catering facilities in an apartment include a kitchenette with coffee/tea making equipment and a washing machine.
